A Brief History
Triad president David Parks is a second-generation builder, Clemson graduate, and South Carolina native. A deep respect for entrepreneurship and doing things the right way was instilled in him at a young age, and he earned his first paycheck, for $30, as an 11-year-old. It still sits in his files.
Since Triad’s founding in 2000, David and his team have constructed over 115 homes with a combined value of over $61 million. From the beginning, his focus has been on creating a better building experience for clients. Nothing gives him or his team greater pleasure than handing a client the keys to their brand-new home.
How Our Process Works
Building a custom home, especially from a distance, can be a complicated process with many moving parts, literally and figuratively. For this reason, Triad has developed several unique systems to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to each client’s complete satisfaction. Triad has an exceptional network of experienced subcontractors, from architects to painters and everyone in between, which allows them to quickly address any issue—or potential issue—that may come a client’s way during building.
Communication and organization are two of Triad’s most cherished values. As a result, Triad team members work tirelessly to ensure every client feels updated and kept in the loop throughout their entire building process. All Triad clients are treated first and foremost as cherished partners. (We’re not just saying that—to this day, Triad team members and former clients regularly get together socially.)
Triad also believes deeply in the importance of value. To that end, the company’s proprietary pricing model and state-of-the-art project management software allows Triad to offer homes at a fixed price, while its collaborative, team-based approach to building helps them construct homes faster than many other builders in the region.
Triad’s mission is to help people create memories and relationships that last for generations. The company fulfils this mission by constructing special spaces where family and friends want to gather year-round. Simply put, Triad team members are dedicated to bringing clients a higher quality of life.
